Patin 15 : Puding od kukuruznog brašna

Patin 15 , tema Puding od kukuruznog brašna .


Ja sam , kao i uvek , prilagodila recept jer je prava kalorijska bomba .

Sastojci :
1 litar mleka
200 gr. kukuruznog brašna
400  gr. fete
100 gr. putera
1 kašičica soli
4 jaja

+
12 kašičica ulja

+ za serviranje :
kajmak
salata
i kulen

Priprema :
Skuvati mleko sa 1 kašičicom soli i 100 gr. putra . Dodati kukuruzno brašno uz stalno mešanje i kuvati još dva minuta dok se ne zgusne. Skloniti sa vatre i ohladiti oko 15 minuta. Umutiti penasto jaja i staviti trećinu polumlake palente i ignječenu fetu uz stalno mucenje , kako bi se izjednačila temperatura , i potom izmešati sa ostatkom . 
U kalupe za mafine u obliku ruže , sipati po kašičicu ulja i podmazati . Sipati smesu i peći na 200 stepeni 35 minuta , Ohladiti u kalupu i potom izručiti.
Servirati po želji. 

ps. odlično predjelo ili uz meze. Smesa je kremasta i da nije slano , malo po gustini i " mekoći " podseća na vanil puding . Mislim da bi ovaj puding ubedio i protivnike palente da je zavole. Čak bih ga nazvala i sufleom koliko je vazdušast.
Nisam prelivala kajmakom , jer nema svrhe sa kupovnim . Jedino sa domaćim... 



Patin 15, theme Corn pudding.

Ingredients :
1 liter milk
400 gr. greek feta
200 gr. corn fluor
1 teaspoon salt
100 gr. butter
4 eggs

+
12 teaspoon oil

+
kajmak ( cream cheese )
kulen - sausage
salad

Process for preparing :
Boil milk with 1 teaspoon salt and 100 gr. butter . Add corn fluor under constantly stirring and cook another 2 minutes until it thickens.  Remove from stove and cool down for 15 minutes. Whisk the eggs foamy  and put a 1/3 lukewarm polenta and mashed feta - mix well ,  to equalize temperature and then mix with the rest of polenta. In molds for muffins pour a teaspoon of oil to grease. Pour the mixture into a greased molds and bake , uncovered,  at 200 degrees for 35 minutes. Cool down the Corn pudding and put out from the mold.
Serve with sausage, cream cheese and salad.

Impressions - great appetizer or as a side dish with meze. I would compare this fluffy Corn pudding with Souffle .
